Vinhage & Associates is headed up by William "Bill" Vinhage. Bill has an ABD/MA in Economics from Binghamton University focusing on Industrial Organization and Public Choice. He has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, electric power, renewable energy, natural gas, coal and home services sectors. He has experience in the areas of program evaluation, cost of service regulation and tariff design, pricing, strategic planning, project finance, market analysis, franchise business coaching, budgeting and business tracking systems.
